They were so good with my 4yr. Old son! He did so good!they did everything they needed to do and he just sat there and let them do it! The building is really cute and clean! They have cool games for them to play while the wait to be called back, as well as educational toys to play with while waiting to see the dentist after there cleaning. The dentist was really nice and understanding explained everything throughly. Everyone was really nice and your kid gets a tone. For a surprise when finished. Also they were very understanding when I had to tell them I would be late coming from Morristown and I appreciate them not being rude and willing to still see him. Glad I found this little gem💚

We use to go to a different clinic but they don't accept our insurance anymore.My kids been going there for years so it's hard for me to decide to change dentist. We still went there couple of times even if we have to pay extra before I decided to look for another dentist that will accept our insurance.I'm glad I found East TN pediatric dentistry.It's our 3rd time going there and everybody is just so nice and helpful .The clinic is clean and the kids has something to play with while waiting so they don't get bored.We are happy with Dr Ashley and her team.I'm glad we made the switch.

The office is so welcoming and everyone is so friendly and professional. Dr. Jessica is the best in town! She is so knowledgeable, gentle and kind. 1000/10 recommend taking your kiddos here for all their dental needs.

My 2 and 4 year olds had a fantastic experience here! The waiting room was fun, the hygienists made them very comfortable, and the dentist was gentle and thorough. Plus they loved picking their own shows to watch during the cleaning!

The staff is always friendly and accommodating. They are gentle with the children and take the time to explain each step. The office is mindfully decorated with children being the primary focus. Dr. Jessica is very personable, she takes the time to explain and inquire, and even at the busiest of times she manages to ensure patients feel cared for. I am thankful to have found such a thoughtful and knowledgeable place to care for my children! I highly recommend them.
